Sports Industry Contract Updates for the Beginning of April

Golden State is back in the playoffs, likely thanks to Steph and Michelle's new sports drink. And the other Golden State is getting ready for its inaugural season, signing a new partner that is already a known name in the women's basketball world. Elsewhere in women's sports, the NWSL lands a multi-year deal with AT&T as the league continues to thrive.

  1. NFL adds Under Armour as new footwear and glove partner.

    • Though the NFL has not announced the length of the contract, it describes the partnership as "long-term".

    • Under Armour previously partnered with the NFL from 2006 through 2020.

    • Sephora will receive the naming rights to the team's performance center - to be called the "Sephora Performance Center". Sephora will also create exclusive digital content for the team.
