About the Role
· Draft, negotiate, manage and advise on a range of global (excluding US) transactional matters, including sponsorships, brand and marketing partnerships, live-event-related agreements, media, licensing, e-commerce, content production and distribution etc.
· Assist the wider legal team in providing guidance on the full range of legal and business affairs matters affective the company, such as; governance and compliance matters, IP, data protection, live event delivery issues (ticketing terms and conditions etc.).
· Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
· Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
· Ensure adherence to compliance policies
· Keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect the business
