Responsible for counseling the Reebok business on trademark and other intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling business clients on trademark selection, clearance, adoption, proper use and licensing globally.
Conducting global trademark clearance.
Conducting product clearance and advising business clients on potential issues.
Working with team members to conduct global trademark filings, prosecution and maintenance of trademark registrations, and oppositions and cancellations.
Assisting in all facets of brand protection, IP enforcement, and management of IP litigation globally.
Obtaining and preparing evidence, in particular of use and distinctiveness.
Advising on the IP aspects of licenses, sports and entertainment marketing contracts and other agreements.
Providing education and pro-active counseling to the business to minimize risks and enhance intellectual property protection.
Helping to identify copyright and patent issues in products, marketing, etc. and assisting in clearance of such issues.
