About the Role
Structure, draft and negotiate various sports and player related agreements
Coordinate with other areas of internal legal counsel
Develop and maintain a repository of legal resources that are required for company business needs
Organize and maintain a record-keeping system of the company’s sports division legal and transactional documents
Knowledge and familiarity with NIL state statutes and regulations with the focus on providing compliance advisement
Knowledge and familiarity of NFL, NBA, and MLB agent regulations
Coordinate with outside counsel, as needed
