WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A REGULATORY OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Provide feedback on proposed laws and regulations applicable to fantasy sports

Assist with launching DFS in new jurisdictions

Own and manage the DFS Internal Controls documentation

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fantasy sports regulators

Act as the primary point of contact with regulators on day-to-day operational queries

Partner with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulations

Oversee the compilation and manage the delivery of reporting, and other regulatory deliverables, to regulators

Provide fantasy sports regulatory guidance to the business

Support the response to technical and operational incidents affecting the platform to ensure timely resolution and proper reporting to stakeholders
