Responsibilities
Work closely and maintain a professional relationship with multiple business units
Conduct research and compile and organize informational reports and presentations
Assist with the preparation of contracts, amendments, releases, and schedules using established templates
Maintain the privacy document repository including ensuring those policies are up to date and in-line with the current regulatory/compliance requirements
Build a knowledge of applicable federal, state, and relevant international privacy laws and accreditation standards
Coordinate, review, and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and correspondences with both internal and external parties
Assist with response to third party vendor assessment requests
Assess stakeholder compliance with specific privacy requirements

About the Company
The NFL Privacy Office is looking to fill a Privacy Coordinator role. Reporting to our privacy organization lead within the Legal Department, this role will be support the operation of an enhanced data privacy program across the League. This will include working closely with the Data Management, Marketing, Analytics and other business partners and technology teams, as well as representatives of all member Clubs to ensure a consistent approach to data privacy throughout our business.
