A stellar attorney with at least 3-5 full years’ experience in entertainment, media or sports law.
Licensed to practice law in New York.
Conscientious, thorough and you take the accuracy of your work seriously.

Eager to learn and improve on the job, so you are receptive to feedback.
Polished, poised, practical, energetic and you have a strong work ethic.

YOU WOULD:
Report to our Managing Partner and/or Head of Department.
Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Work with and manage junior team members reporting to you.
Have varied activities including multiple, simultaneous projects that offer learning opportunities.
Use your expertise-based problem-solving skills to offer innovative solutions.
Be required to have a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. You believe that quality should never be compromised.
Draft, review and revise contracts or agreements and deliver practical, plain English advice.
Lead by example: with your work ethic, your drive for success, and positive attitude.
Be involved in client development, marketing and the growth of the firm.
