This internship is designed to be a unique, hands-on educational experience in the sports industry for one (1) law student. The intern will work within the Legal Department to focus on preparations for the 2022 US Open, US Open Series, and USTA Pro Circuit events, as well as corporate and not for profit issues. Anticipated projects include drafting and reviewing contracts, researching and drafting memoranda on issues related to the sports industry and corporate governance, drafting cease and desist letters, assisting with litigation matters, and drafting policies and procedures.
