THE SPORTS LAW INTERSECTION
About the Role
Negotiate, drafting and structuring commercial agreements including:
the acquisition of sports data
the supply of oddsmaking services
the licensing of Swish intellectual property; and
any other contractual arrangements required by Swish
Ensure compliance with sports betting licensing conditions and, where applicable, assist in the application for new sports betting licenses
Assist with the implementation of Swish’s legal and strategic policies on cutting-edge and sensitive opportunities, risks and industry trends
Manage external legal and business advisers, consultants and other subject matter experts to drive value from these relationships whilst being mindful of legal budgets
Provide general in-house legal services to Swish leadership and internal stakeholders.
