About the Role
General Legal Support: Provide legal advice and support to various business units, including marketing, operations, media, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad array of agreements, including sponsorships, vendor contracts, licensing, and event-related agreements.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Work closely with outside counsel to manage disputes and potential litigation, as well as assist in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Risk Management: Identify legal risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate those risks in various business operations.
Intellectual Property & Media: Assist as needed with intellectual property matters.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, business development, and finance, to support initiatives and projects that align with LIV Golf's mission and growth.

The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers.
