About the Role
Oversee all legal aspects related to the corporate governance of LIV Golf and its 13 teams, including preparing and reviewing governance documents, board materials, and other corporate filings
Draft, review, and update corporate policies for LIV Golf and its affiliated teams, ensuring they are in line with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the company’s objectives
Advise senior management and various teams on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and applicable external law
Support the development and maintenance of internal controls and risk management strategies
Lead the preparation and presentation of materials for board, committee and management meetings, ensuring timely delivery of information and clarity of communication
Manage external legal counsel as necessary for specialized legal matters
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the business, ensuring LIV Golf and its teams remain compliant.
Provide legal support on litigation and employment law issues

The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. Launched in 2022, the League was designed to expand the sport on a global level and create new value within the golfing ecosystem while enhancing the game’s societal impact.
