About the Role
Essential Functions
Responsible for coordinating with other departments and collecting and compiling information necessary for employee immigration applications related to international tours. This process is high volume and time sensitive. Responsibilities include review and proofreading of gathered information to ensure all data gathered is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities include filing work permits, scheduling of visa appointments and providing travel instructions as needed.
Manage and maintained detailed and accurate tracking spreadsheets, and other relevant immigration tracking documents/file for high volume of cases.
Manage the preparation and processing of supporting aspects related to immigration case filings, such as check requests, assembly of petition package materials, and express mailing.
Assist with the preparation, filing, and tracking of Form I-129 nonimmigrant petitions for company employees.
Assist supervisor and legal team with overflow legal matters as requested.
Travel to embassies and consulates in Washington D.C. as necessary to complete visa applications or other related documentation.
Assist counsel with document and file maintenance, photocopying / scanning, and mail.
Ability to communicate with touring personnel operating across various global time zones for purposes of scheduling, and completion of time-sensitive information and documentation for immigrations.
