About the Role
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including heavy phones, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel, and preparing expense reports
Assist with special projects and research
Serve as point of contact for clients, agents/executives and teams
Stay up to date on the Football industry and emerging trends in Sports
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College is preferred
Understanding of Football, current sports industry, and the nature of a talent agency business
Professional, motivated, and quick-thinking
Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
Team orientated and able to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Prior experience working in Football Operations with a college or professional team preferred
Experience or knowledge of NIL, branding, sponsorships is preferred

The Role
The Nashville office is seeking an Departmental Assistant to join their Football division. CAA Football guides clients in their on- and off-field business strategies. From negotiating contracts to securing endorsement deals, CAA Football provides the best players with the best representation.
