About the Role
Manage regulatory inquiries, investigations, incidents, and enforcement actions related to fraud, marketing, risk & trading, cybersecurity, responsible gaming, geolocation, and other areas of regulatory interest;
Own all necessary documentation, auditing, controls, metrics, and reporting related to these matters;
Partner with relevant internal teams, including Regulatory Engagement and Strategy, Product Advisory, Compliance & Enterprise Risk, Fraud, and Customer Experience Operations, to enable seamless integration of all regulatory obligations, transparency, and controls;
Coordinate with key stakeholders across FanDuel’s business lines to build a strong knowledge of FanDuel’s products, and address potential regulatory issues proactively;
Develop and support FanDuel’s engagement and relationship with regulators and Market Access Partners;
