Assist the legal department on a broad range of legal matters for the Thunder, including commercial transactions, intellectual property, labor and employment, sweepstakes and contests, and litigation management
Under the supervision of counsel, assist with drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating commercial agreements, including sponsorship agreements, services agreements, and other general contracts
Perform general research on ongoing legal issues related to data privacy, copyright, employment law, state and local regulations, and various other matters as needed
Assist with other general business and legal affairs projects as requested
