About the Role
The Contract Administrator provides support to attorneys resulting in a high level of client service; document processing and editing; drafting various agreements, preparing financial transaction documents; high volume processing of new business intake; responding to internal and external inquiries via phone and email; arranging meetings and conferences for internal groups and related to business development activities; coordinating calendars; monitoring incoming mail, faxes and e-mails; maintaining and updating client files and other tasks.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, redline, apply style schemes, proofread documents as requested and prepare for signature
Maintain files for contracts
Administer records retention policy
Maintain spreadsheets and reports to facilitate administration of contract renewal process and the tracking of documents from drafting to execution
Organized and accurate system for facilitating the preparation, negotiation, distribution, signature, filing and retention of agreements
