About the Role

Responsibilities

Structure, draft and negotiate content licenses and related agreements for traditional and emerging platforms, with a meaningful focus on digital platforms and emerging technologies
Structure, draft and negotiate content licenses and distribution agreements with free ad-supported television platforms (i.e., FAST/AVOD), social media platforms, video syndication partners and other digital outlets
Structure, draft and negotiate app distribution agreements with digital partners
Support the NFL’s direct-to-consumer initiatives (e.g., NFL+), including assisting with drafting promotional and co-marketing agreements, reviewing creative materials, and regularly auditing relevant policies (e.g., terms and conditions, FAQs, “how to” tutorials)
Deliver ongoing analysis and day-to-day legal advice in connection with a wide variety of media-related agreements as well as strategic and operational issues
Support executives in connection with contract negotiations and meetings with League partners and NFL internal stakeholders
Provide legal/business affairs support as needed for other NFL projects and initiatives
