About the Role

Responsibilities include:

Primary Contact for Several Teams – Office responsibilities are primarily assigned by sport. Responsibility includes managing all aspects of compliance for 3-6 sports, up to and including: Provide rules interpretations; process waivers and submit violations; produce and provide rules education; monitor initial and continuing eligibility; facilitate camps and clinics; assist with managing and monitoring NIL activity; etc.
Communication - Coordinate and monitor external facing communication channels for Compliance Office.
Teamworks Compliance+Recruiting Software – Staff liaison with Teamworks.
Complimentary Admissions – Review and approve current and prospective student-athlete complimentary admission requests for assigned sports.
CARA/RARA – Review and approve CARA logs.
Time Management – Manage time management program.
Telephone & Text Monitoring – Ensure telephone calls and text messages are compliant with NCAA rules.
Personnel – Monitor and maintain personnel in accordance with NCAA, ACC and University rules and regulations.
Business Office – Staff liaison with Business Office and assist with Expense Report monitoring and approval.
Office of Youth Protection - Staff liaison with Office of Youth Protection.
Clery Act – Review travel documentation to ensure compliance with Clery Act.
Books – Oversee book disbursement and reimbursement process.
Student Assistance Fund – Manage the Student Assistance Fund (including international taxes, health insurance, etc.).
Drug Testing – Provide necessary information for drug testing program.
Merchandise Requests – Oversee donation requests from a compliance perspective.
